Auto Trim Design of Suncoast (“ATD Suncoast,” “we,” “us”) operates atdsuncoast.com. This policy explains what information we collect through the site, why we collect it, and who we share it with. It covers the website only — not information you give us in person, over the phone, or on a work order at the shop.
Information you give us
- Quote and contact forms. Your name, phone number, email address, the service you're interested in, and whatever you write in the message field.
- Job applications. Your name, phone number, email address, mailing address, the position you're applying for, your experience, availability, references, and your resume if you attach one.
- Online store orders. Your order details and the options you select. Card numbers go directly to Stripe, our payment processor — we never see or store them.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours records basic technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, how long you stayed, and the site or ad that referred you. We use IP addresses to limit form spam. Cookies and similar technologies used for analytics and advertising are described below.

Services we use
We rely on a small set of vendors to run the site. Each receives only what it needs to do its job:
- Vercel — website hosting, plus basic traffic and performance measurement
- Resend — delivers form submissions to our inbox
- Stripe — processes store payments under its own privacy policy
- Google Analytics — reports how the site is used
- Google Maps — displays our location on the contact page
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel — measures whether our Facebook and Instagram ads lead to quote requests
Advertising and analytics
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. The Meta Pixel on this site tells us when someone who clicked one of those ads requested a quote or tapped to call, and it lets Meta show our ads to people more likely to need our work. It reports events and general device information — never the contents of your message.
You can control this. Meta's ad preferences page governs the ads you see from us and everyone else. The Google Analytics opt-out stops analytics collection. Your browser settings can block or clear cookies entirely — the site still works without them.
How long we keep it
Quote requests and the emails they generate stay in our business records as long as we may need them to serve you or to satisfy tax and accounting requirements. Job applications are kept while the position is open and for a reasonable period afterward. Analytics data expires on the schedule set by each provider. Ask us to delete something and we will, unless we're required to keep it.
Your choices
Write to info@atdsuncoast.com or call (941) 753-3172 to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Depending on where you live you may have a legal right to make those requests; we honor them regardless. We will never charge you or treat you differently for asking.
Children
This site is meant for adults and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection and form submissions travel encrypted to our inbox. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive details — account numbers, government ID numbers — through the contact form.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Meaningful changes will be obvious here before they take effect.
